Enrolment in the RIDAN Privilege Programme is done through a specific platform on our official website. To join, you must be over 18 years old and complete the registration on the indicated page.
Members are entitled to a variety of benefits, including priority check-in, welcome drinks, complimentary room upgrades (subject to availability), free parking, and discounts on stays and meals. For more details, please refer to the Terms and Conditions of the programme.
Members of the programme can enjoy a 10% discount on stays and meals. Additionally, repeat customers can receive an extra 5% discount from their second online purchase (exclusive).
To reach Level 2, members must make two reservations directly on our website and enjoy their stays within 1 year from the date of registration or the last level upgrade.
No, the benefits of the RIDAN Privilege Programme are valid exclusively for reservations made directly through our website. Reservations made by phone, email, or external platforms do not qualify.
Members’ personal data is used exclusively for the purposes of the programme and is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Members can update their details at any time.
If you do not make and enjoy the two necessary reservations within the 1-year period, you will remain at Level 1 and will not have access to the additional 5% discount.
